Trison Incorporated is managed by three principal partners. Gary Brooks started in the Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry in 1973. Gary received an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Electronics in 1973. Gary is a member of the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA) and served as the Mid-West regional SMTA president for three years. Gary also is affiliated with the IPC, the electronic manufacturing industry's defacto standards organization. He has worked in developing and designing electronic assembly and soldering processes. His work includes extensive research and pioneering the use of no clean/low residue fluxes, lead-free solder alloys, and automation of equipment in electronic assembly processes. Gary has held various management positions including Advanced Technology Manager most recently. Jim LaBorde started in the Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry in 1972. Jim received an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Instrumentation in 1974. Jim's experience is in electronic manufacturing and operations, electro-mechanical design and assembly. His work includes running proto typing operations to mid-high volume manufacturing, including service parts and repair. He has designed and manufactured products in the Industrial, Agricultural, Marine, Automotive, and Security industries. Jim has held various management positions including Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Steve Johnson started in the Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry in 1972. Steve received an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Instrumentation in 1974 and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) in 1980. Steve is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). He has experience in electronic product design engineering, test engineering, and manufacturing. He has designed and manufactured products in the Industrial, Agricultural, Marine, Automotive, and Security industries. Steve has held various senior management positions including Vice President of Operations, and most recently Vice President of Engineering.
